1. Service Provision and "As Is" Disclaimer

• No Warranty: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. It is a technology demonstration and is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• At Your Own Risk: Your use of the Service is solely at your own risk. The AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or be incomplete. You should not rely on the outputs for any legal, financial, medical, or other critical decisions.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

• The Service: I, Paul O'Hagan, own all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all associated software, code, branding, and intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
• Your Content: You retain full ownership of any text, images, or documents you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant me a temporary, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
• Generated Output: To the extent permitted by law, you are the owner of the AI-generated output created from Your Content. You are free to use this output for any lawful purpose, subject to the disclaimers in these Terms.

3. Data Privacy and AI Model Training

• Data Handling: Your Content is processed for the sole purpose of providing the Service's functionality. It is not intentionally stored longer than necessary to perform the requested operation and is not shared with third parties.
• No AI Training: Your Content and any generated outputs will not be used to train or improve any AI models.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or generate any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Upload or generate any content that infringes upon any third party's intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, or any related systems or networks.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall I, Paul O'Hagan, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not I have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

6. General Terms

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
• Modification of Terms: I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. I will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
